Thank you for visiting and shopping with us here at Self Inspired Home Decor. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Domestic Shipping Policy & Shipment Processing Time:
- All orders are processed within 7-10 business days. For holiday orders, please expect orders to be processed within 10 business days. Orders are shipped on Wednesday and Saturdays.
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
- If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Calculated shipping rates DO NOT apply to furniture designs. Please contact customer services for detailed shipping info and cost prior to purchasing.

Thank you for your purchase and being such a loyal customer. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for an exchange or store credit only, no refunds.
Please see below for more information on our return policy.
- All returns must be postmarked within seven days of the purchase date. All returns must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
- To return an item, please contact customer service within 24 hours for your return to be processed.
- Please note, you will be responsible for your return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
- After receiving your return and inspect the condition of your item, we will process your store credit or exchange. Please allow at least 7 business days from the receipt of your item to process your store credit or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
- The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: furniture.
