A: An array of home decor items.

  

Q: Do you make and hand-pour your candles? 

A: Yes 

 

Q: Do you ship worldwide?

A: Unfortunately, not at this time. 

 

Q: Are you a drop-shipping company? 

A: No, all of our products are either handmade by us in Massachusetts or manufactured overseas and all inventory is held on site at our physical location.

 

Q: What is the turnaround for shipping? 

A: Orders are processed and shipped after receiving within 7-10 business days, though it can be sooner. If your purchase is a gift, please leave a note at check out and/ or allow your self the allotted time to purchase in advance for a timely delivery.

 

Q: If I am local, can I pick up?

A: At this time, pick up is not offered; however, delivery is offered for an additional fee. 

 

Q: I selected local delivery at checkout, when will it be delivered? 

A: All deliveries made within the week before 12 noon on Thursdays will be scheduled to be delivered on Saturday. 

 

Q: What is the return policy?

A: Unfortunately we do not offer returns or refunds at this time; however, we are happy to offer an exchange or store credit.
